~This is a beautiful clean, crisp room in neutral giving the perfect canvas for a bold chevron rug~
These week my interior design inspiration is chevron. I have started to build my love for this pattern over the past year or so. It’s such a bold and beautiful print that works in so many ways. From dresses to handbags to varies interior design elements. I haven’t seen many uses of chevron that I don’t like. With the help of my friend Pinterest
I’ve put together some of my favorite uses of chevron for the home.
~I love original woods, and then chevron patterned wood floor is a beautiful way to make this room seem warm like it’s been there for a hundred years~
~This is the ultimate bold and bright combination. I love this vibrant aqua blue mixed with a natural sand couch and black and white chevron pillows and rug~
~Even a simple yellow and white table runner can give a sense of sophistication and whimsicalness with this print~
~This is a very feminine cottage room, but I love the unexpected use of chevron in varying sizes and colors. Though I would not have the print in this exact couch style, the combination is still appealing~
I’ve been obsessed with it all year too! Especially bold black and white. Right now I’m making black and white chevron curtains for my living room and dining room. They’re gonna be awesome; I’m so excited!
That chevron pattern wood floor is to DIE FOR!
I love love the chevron pattern in the pic with the aqua ottoman. I would love to have that ottoman, anyone seen any for sale.Ive never seen anything like it? thanks, Nikki mikenikkiipad@gmail.com
Thanks, I love it too! I haven’t found an ottoman exactly like that either. May be custom made, but West Elm has some great options in beautiful fabrics!
