It got inspired with my Cuisinart food processor I got for Christmas to start making more things from scratch. My husband and I eat hummus almost every week, so making it seemed only natural. I love Mediterranean food! Hummus is great because you can have endless varieties: red pepper, garlic, black olive, lemon, etc. I’m a huge spicy food person which is why jalapeno hummus was top on my list. I found a simple recipe here and made slights variations as well as doubling it. It came out amazing!!
